The Boss's
Colin & Jason
Colin & Jason Founded Database back in 1998 and the beginning saw the two of them in the same Van subcontracting for different firms throughout the South west. 19 years later the company employees over 20 members of staff and are active throughout the UK & Europe delivering high end fixed line telecommunication installations. The Pair now have a more office based role within the Company but still help out when needed to deliver projects when necessary.
Rob
The Operations Man
Rob Started working for Database back in the Winter of 1999 and has worked his way through the ranks to Operations Manager .His basic day to day involves the organization of the engineers with their jobs , leasing with new customers and insuring that all live projects are delivered on time and on budget Rob has also the job of being office handyman and yard Store man.
The Sales Team
Sophie & Russell
Our in house sales team have over 10 years industry experience in IT telecommunications and can help you with all of your enquires , from that first call through to your projects completion. Sophie joins us from a Major UK IT Infrastructure Distributor & Russell’s Background is a More technical one having spent a number of years working for one of the world’s largest Wi-Fi Manufactures .
Joanne
The Accounts Girl
Joanne has been responsible for all Finance related matters since 2005 and is a hugely important member of the team. From Payroll to Pensions Joanne covers it all . As well as updating all of our company information she is also a dab hand at making the tea.

Our Engineers are at the Core of our Business and they are what makes us Great . They all have the same high standards of workman ship and are all committed to insuring that each installation is carried out as per scope but on time, They often work well past home time to insure we meet our customers deadlines and maintain a high level of customer based service.

Our ISO Accreditation is a important Statement to our Customers that Quality is at the core of our Business . We take it very seriously so much so we recently upgraded to the 2015 latest version.
Part of the Accreditation process involves 2 external Audits a year to insure we are maintaining high standards as a business,we then make sure we pass those high standards onto our customers .Unlike Data Cable companies without !SO 9001 we have to Comply to the following Quality system standards

- Internal Audit & review of Individuals and processes
- Monitoring any Non conformance and Correcting where necessary
- following a strict set of procedures in every process we do
